Fax something

The library has a fax machine available to the public.
Faxes may be both sent and received. Operation of the FAX is restricted to trained and qualified library personnel. Any library patron will be served on a first come, first serve basis.  Fax machine requests carry no higher priority than other library services. No limits are set on patron material transmission.  The Fayette Community Library assumes no responsibility or liability for materials sent.

Patrons wishing to use the FAX machine for receipt of incoming materials are required to notify the Director or library staff member prior to transmission of the materials by the sender.   Patrons are responsible for material pickup during regular hours unless special arrangements have been made.  Any materials not collected within 30 days will be destroyed.  The confidentiality of received materials is to be respected by the Board of Trustees, Director and employees of the Fayette Community Library. The Library assumes no responsibility for lost, damaged or undelivered materials.

The Library Board has set the following fees for the fax service:
        Domestic:  (includes phone line cost)
            1st page                         $2.00
            Each additional page       $1.00
International (phone line cost are additional)
            Each page         $4.00
Domestic or International per page   $.25

The Fax machine is available for sending only during library hours unless prior arrangements have been made with the Library Director.
The Fax will be in a receive mode at all hours.  This will include hours when the library is closed.
